Body Pump: Weight training to music! During this session you will work every muscle in your body and then continue to burn the calories afterwards while your muscles get stronger and you tone up.
Body Combat: Martial arts for everyone. You will experience stimulating music, several different types of fighting techniques and a cardio workout like no other. This is also great for getting rid of any stress at the end of the day!
Body Balance: A combination of yoga, tai chi and pilates set to inspiring music. This will stretch, tone and relax you.
Buggy Fit: Not just a walk in the park. This is a great way to work outdoors with your baby and buggy doing cardiovascular and interval work. This is lots of fun and all levels of fitness can join.
Circuits: A cross training workout based on both resistance and cardio exercises. The workout is set out in individual stations which will be different every time you do a session.
Core Conditioning: All you need to tighten up those abs and strengthen that back in a 30 or 45 min session. You will use a variety of techniques to develop your core strength, this is your chance to say goodbye to sit ups.
Dance & Tone: Spice up your moves and sculpt your curves. Easy to follow routines styled on African fusion, jazz and latin dance. This class will get your heart racing and your body feeling toned.
Dynamic Yoga: A fast paced yoga workout which is ideal if you have experience from Hatha Yoga and are looking for a new challenge.
Gravity: This is a small group based exercise class using a body weight trainer which works your whole body and improves strength, shape, range of motion and core stability.
Hatha Yoga: During this class you will explore all the postures and breathing techniques of physical yoga. A brilliant session which will release the stress of the day.
Legs, Bums and Tums: The aerobics session that will leave you feeling toned up and firm in those all important areas.
Mum's & Babies: A chance to meet and socialise with other new mums and to get back into shape again. The class includes toning, conditioning and strengthening and interaction with your baby.
Spin and Run: Cycle and run training back to back, ideal for budding triathletes or anyone who wants a good challenge!
Spinning: Cycle training at its best! You will be led through some of the best mountains and speed circuits while listening to inspiring music. You are in control of the resistance throughout the workout so your mountains are as big as you want them!
Zumba: A dance based aerobic workout that incorporates a fusion of Latin and international music to create a dynamic, exciting and effective exercise system.
Pilates: A workout designed to develop core strength and flexibility through moves that focus on co-ordination and relaxation using slow movements.
Running Club: Outdoor run class often through battersea park. Run as part of a group all abilities welcome.
Nifty Over 50: A fun/low impact class which is gentle on the muscle and bones. A class which increases range of motion, improves mobility and flexibility. It strengthens bones and joints and improves core stability. Everyone welcome!
Barefoot Body Conditioning: A workout where high energy cardio meets mind body. It is a full body functional workout with the benefits of conditioning and the intensity of circuits.
Kickboxing: An excellent srress buster including punching and kicking. Aimed at all levels of proficiency which will dramatically improve general fitness, increase muscle tone, strength, stamina and energy.
Fitball Core: Fit ball workout designed with a focus on the core, to improve strength, balance, stability, mobility, and posture whilst having fun playing with the ball.
