Fitness

 

During July Iwan Thomas will continue to work alongside the fitness team assisting our members with their training.

Iwan will be holding his training and motivation talk "second is nowhere" during the month as well as taking a circuit class and running club later in the month. Please see a member of staff for more information.

Iwan has designed a range of goal specific training programs that anyone can try. There are different levels of intensity on each program so whether you are a seasoned gym user or just getting started there is something for everyone. See below for a quick description of the programs available.

Re-Size

A strength training program designed to help you build lean muscle.

 

Re-Shape

A cardiovascular and resistance program designed to burn fat and tone.

 

Reduce  

A circuit style workout designed for maximum calorie expenditure.

 

Iwan's Olympic Workout

In search of a real fitness challenge? Iwan's Olympic training schedule is sure to push you to your limit.

Squash

The new leagues is underway, the completion date for all matches is 26th July

We have also launched our squash pool - an opportunity to arrange social matches against other members, please see reception for more details.
