For an extra boost with your exercise regime why not try some Personal Training. We have 8 trainers, all of whom are qualified to reps level 3 and hold a huge array of skills and experience. Our PT's will hold an initial consultation with you to agree your goals and assess your current fitness levels from there they will put together a specific individual training program designed to ensure you achieve your goals and unlock your true fitness potential, You can read all about our different trainers on the PT boards by the gym desk.
